Movement in Tapestry is a celebration of the life of renowned weaver, Sylvia Heyden. Sylvia’s children, Daniel and Françoise, contacted me to assemble this book as an homage to their mother.
This large coffee table book is continuously informed posthumously by the Bauhaus-trained weaver’s distinct style. I had the honor of working with the family as lead designer as well as in an advisory role for production decisions and printer procurement.
The book is set to officially launch at the Swiss Embassy in DC which will also kick off a nationwide museum tour.
